For me, it's got to be Heart of Glass, a song that (just like me) is identified with the 80s, but was actually born in the 70s.

Out of the Blondie's songs it's always been Call Me but I'm not aware of it being recorded in French by Blondie or Harry hence the Harry's solo project.

At the time I was looking for old remixes & cover versions and while this one I was aware of

Frente! - Bizarrre Love Triangle

this one was a novelty. When the starting point is epic even the lesser versions can be great. The bootleg sound is far from great. Orgy's Blue Monday is prolly still the best New Order cover but this is getting close. Hooky/The Light versions excluded.

Call Me is good, yes, and it's almost exactly as old as I am, but Heart of Glass is still my favourite Blondie song.

Longer album gems never released as singles. Some 12" remix vinyls would've been highly appreciated at the time.
