In a previous hood, I forgot to patch Seasons and had Don Lothario burst into flame from soaking in the hot tub too long. I made his girlfriend (well, one of them) selectable so she could call the fire department.

How many flares do you use in a Vaal city event?

I haven't found a full-sized city yet, but I have 10, 20-second flares that I use for exploring off the lighted path after I claim a checkpoint. I'm having a b**** of a time finding fractured walls, though. There's this one level-III Azurite vein that doesn't have any tunnels showing on map, and I can't find the danged entrance. "He tasks me. He tasks me, and I shall have him."

It's pretty spot-on. I loved Fallout 4, I must've played it for a couple-hundred hours, but it's a massive pile of unfinished ideas and squandered opportunities. They really bit off more than they could chew, and the ending is sloppy and rushed and funnels you into making choices you don't want and is generally unsatisfying. It's better as a sandbox game, especially with all of the mods that have been made. I even made some notes for myself about adapting it into a setting for a tabletop RPG that I'll never play, because it has so many plot-threads and factions and locations and little details and ideas that don't go anywhere or lead to anything. It reminds me a lot of the RPG setting books I used to buy back in the day.

l use about the same. If there are no 2 path nodes nearby, then the likely candidate will be a 3 path one making it a 4. Search all the paths out of the node. You might have to go far enough to use several flares out even another to get back safely.

I think they are the best race to colonize rapidly and thus the best race in MOO: CotS

I'm kinda wondering why her sim and the guy wearing nothing but a guitar seem to be coming from the same place.

There was a mod that made some of the non-buyable objects such as the fire extinguisher available in catalog mode, but a) I don't think it works properly with later EPs and b) it's possible the extinguisher is non-flammable.

I tried it out. A decent chunk of the kitchen burned up before the firefighters arrived. I think I'll keep it.

Gordon Freeman (who still has an unhealthy attachment to that guitar) decided to get it on with Miranda Lawson. Tali was not impressed.

Thanks to Pescado's fightclub mod, the brawl went on for close to six hours. Miranda got bored of watching and wandered downstairs to play strip poker with Chell. My self-Sim was too busy hugging the cats to notice the drama.

It's fun playing hands-off and seeing what trouble they get up to.
