I'm finishing Act 2 in Crucible. The Crucible aspect works pretty well in how it adds weapon mods. I've gotten good ones. The fights are hard and dying is easy and common for me, but worth it when I need a weapon upgrade.
Here is where I think GGG is going.
Here is where I think GGG is going.
- POE2 will be announced at ExileCon in July
- Beta will begin soon there after; beta play will given away or awarded as prizes at ExileCon; Other might be able to buy a beta ticket
- POE2 will launch in the 4th Q.
- We'll see the new gems system at ExileCon
- A modified Ruthless will be the new foundation for play. It is GGG's attempt to get back to the 2013 play style that they have built on ever since.
- With that new starting point and the new skill gem system they will have a new starting point for adding content in future leagues
- All the current expansions (heist, delve, blight, etc.) will be more integrated into the story line and less of separate content as they are now
- The old Acts 1-10 will be consolidated into 6 or 8 acts to match the new pathway to the end game.
- Many old QoL issues will show up as fixed
- The old Acts will get facelifts for their graphics
