What web browser do you use/favorite?

Yay for Safari.

I use Firefox when in Windows 7, but find Safari far easier in OSX. I've been told that I could make Firefox easier for myself, but I'm not technologically literate enough to intuitively know how, nor can I be bothered doing so when Safari is perfectly adequate.

This can't be a win for you in any way.

Either... WoW is a somewhat risky pasttime that shakes some people up rather badly but is a way more wholesome activity for most users than what they would be doing if it wasn't around. Then you are just pointlessly bashing contre for, well, not being you. That's trolling.
Or... WoW is as bad as crack, everyone pities contre silently and you are the young Republican jumping out of the bushes going "You're on crack! Haha! You're going to die! Hahaha!" believing you have offered the world a useful service that everybody else was to stupid or to lazy to provide.

Either way: No win.

Poll should be multiple choice. I use both Chrome and FF, depending on my mood.

Also, sometimes I like to be logged in to the same thing with multiple accounts, for reasons that I do not wish to go into at present. In that case, I use them both at the same time.

Yeah, via 0-day exploits. Under normal circumstances stuff can't install by itself if your software is up to date.

I do all my banking and investing online, without noscript, and without worrying, and that's worth far more than your WoW account.

I'm in charge of web software stuff at my work, and I make sure it's compatible with IE/Chrome/Firefox/Opera, but only the latest versions of each. If you're using old versions, you're SoL.

Yeah, seriously. Most of the complaints about IE haven't been valid since IE7. It doesn't help that people give too much credit to tests like Acid2 and Acid3, neither of which represent real web pages and both of which were designed by Opera developers looking to make IE look bad. Acid 3 came out right after it was shown that IE8 passed Acid2. Coincidence? I think not!

It doesn't help that IE requires periodically re-installing Windows in order to maintain optimum performance or that web developers insist on compliance with "standards" that won't even be valid until 2022.

Tried using IE again after a long history with Firefox and Safari. It wasn't even half as bad as I expected and I now use IE the most since. I use Firefox and Safari as well, but I prefer IE because of familiarity.

This is the attitude that needs to end. A lot has changed with IE6. Seriously: products change over time. Microsoft could rebrand IE9 under a new name and people would probably love it (in fact, they did this with Vista - ever hear of the Mojave experiment?). 90% of the FUD against IE are complaints that haven't been valid for years or tech people who have a grudge against IE and are deliberately trying to make it look bad.

You guys keep saying internet explorer has changed. But its still not as good as chrome. But ie is my second favorite browser. But the margin in between the two is huge. Firefox is fast but it always takes like an hour just to open. Once it is open its fast.
