I say Mum. Sounds much better than the alternatives, in my opinion.
This reminds me of something that was unintentionally funny the day of Princess Diana's funeral. William and Harry called Diana "Mummy", and I'm sure nobody realized the awkwardness of what tribute they wanted to pay to her on that day."Mummy" seems the strangest option here to me. When I think of "mummy", I think of this type. I don't know why you'd want to call your mother the same thing you call an ancient preserved corpse.
