The Jewish Russian Empire begins a massive invasion of Germany to ensure a continued population of serfs. The Jews were able to crush the Holy Roman Empire initially, but under Prince George of Saxony, the Holy Roman Empire was able to win major battles at Dresden and Lezpig. However, the Jews, using money laundered from Venice, bribed several princes into helping trap Prince George's Army at Nuremberg. It was a heroic last stand, but Prince George was defeated, and Russia assimilated Germany proper into their Empire. Most Germans are slaves, aside from the few who sided with the Jews who are kept as overseers. Nuremberg was destroyed but its ruins remain a sacred spot for German nationalism, and slaves visit a shrine to the Prince there, praying he will one day come back and deliver them to Freedom.

The Turkhanate, seeing the opportunity provided by the bulk of the Jewish forces being occupied in Germany, launched a strike north. The armies, riding at a blistering pace on horseback, razed towns at the eastern end of virtually every ground pass through the Urals south of about 60 degrees north. The main Jewish force in the east, near Novosibirsk, sailed west and met the Persian support fleet near Ekaterinaburg. Scandal in the Turkhanate: The Turkhan published a proof declaring the Earth to be perfectly spherical, which was followed not two hours later by a paper from a Dr Bartchouq that clams to pinpoint the widest point of the earth, which as a side note proves the earth ever so slightly pear-shaped. Dr Bartchouq has received greater approval from the worldwide intellectual community, but the Turkhanate's intelligentsia sided with the Turkhan, who had Bartchouq imprisoned.

Waving the fact that it is completely out of left field/utterly ridiculous, there is no reason to believe the pan-Semitic empire or whatever would be analogous to Russia. We might as well go all the way back to the Jewish Diaspora and the expulsions of Jews from Europe and assume conditions where the creation of a Jewish state in eastern Europe would make any sense.

EDIT: The Khazaks were lead by Jews IIRC. So there is a possible entry into their Dynastic system from that region.

EDITEDIT: Yup, Nuka's post said that they RULED. I think it is most realistic to say that the Jewishness is mostly the Nobility/Upperclass.

Reference to the Jewish people would lead me to believe it is in fact a Jewish state. I suppose it is in some way feasible, or at least far more convenient, to postulate that the Jewish empire was arrived at by means of changes in the pattern of post-Roman migrations/the original Jewish diaspora and fueled by the expulsions of Jews from Europe.

What would you even call such a state? Hebrewland?

This political union was originally based on a Danish power structure, and ruled from Copenhagen, however shifting economic and political authority has moved the capital to Stockholm. It is culturally homogenous, defining itself in opposition to the Judean Empire(?) and as a champion of the Nordic-German people, similar to OTL Russian pretensions to the defense and unification of the Slavic peoples. One of Europe's absolutist states, its comparatively-modern and solvent state apparatus is crippled in the face of rising discontent by a growing mercantile and industrial class.
