Very true... It's always sad to see old timers leave for whatever reason. Fortunatly there is no shortage of new, interesting people.

Spice went abroad for a few months and then would go abroad again for a year I think. He hoped he would have a connection to the internet, I guess he doesn't...

I remember a guy called Mike C. (or some other capital letter) who was sort of a pre-Zouve Zouavian character in the Civ3 forum. I guess once Firaxis started patching up the game, he ran out of gas and lost interest.
