For SVN, right click on an empty folder and select import. In the URL of repository, type in (or copy and paste) https://starwarsmod.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/starwarsmod. Select ok to download the mod so far.
For spark, open it up and make an account. for server use kingshomeworld.com. Go to conferences . right click on chat.kingshomeworld.com and select browse service. select star wars mod and bookmark it. now you're in a chat room for thhe SW mod. Finally!
Oh, and go to http://forums.civfanatics.com/profile.php?do=editusergroups to request official membership.

Oh, wait: Do you mean a reply for officially joining the SW mod? You'll need a response from Civmansam or Woodelf first, and I'm fairly sure that'll take a while. If you're just waiting for that to start, don't bother. The only thing really needed is SVN.

Alright, I'll make one in a different format. I would just show it via Imageshack, but apperently they don't have it either.

you've probably been bothered about this before,but, i think you should put light sabers as an off shoot of mining(because of the crystals required) maybe call it crystal tech(for more than a light saber) or something more creative. maybe even make it a resource

hmmm...
most of it was, with the exception of: "you've probably been bothered about this before,but,". i went and checked on wookiee to find at least some backing for what i said,
and i did discover some ores and pearls can be used like crystals. as well as that a light saber is common but there are variations i.e. the light staff, light club, fiber cord linked, etc.
here's logic: light sabers require crystals, every time I've seen a reference made to those crystals they where underground,thus some degree of digging or mining would be required to reach these crystals en mass.

I'm against using crystals for 2 main reasons:
1st, I'm fairly sure there were no crystal mines on Naboo.
2nd, Crystals lead to jedi+sith, of which there were 3 or 4 on naboo (depending if you count palpatine).
However, if I'm outvoted in having jedi in the mod, I think crystals should be a resourse revealed by crystal mining, which requires mning.
P.S. I'm working on some units now.

oh naboo(man i feel stupid)you could add jedi/sith as a national unit and restrict them to 3 (palpatine wasn't on naboo he was on corisant)
