Don't know if it's of any interest, but these were all ones I thought of adding to my initial list of examples. Just as happy that other people ended up supplying them, I guess.

The ones that have pleasantly surprised me include D&D and Alpha and Omega and Owen's circumvention of the spirit of the endeavor (while observing the letter of the law): Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll. But now that Alpha and Omega has been offered, I can't go with any thing other than that.
