Whatever force is catapulting a less known junior senator from Illinois to the highest office in the US govenrment.

no force, there is an elephant in the way

Stupidity.

There is only one force in the universe!

At very high temperatures anyway.
I believe the technical term is "funk".
Course its the strong force, and gravity is a silly force, 10^38 times weaker than the strong force, only intresting thing about it is its additive over long ranges
I've yet to see the strong force suck a galaxy into a black hole. Call me when that happens.

So, if the universe is like a balloon, and its structure is affected by gravity and other forces that we partially understand, what is it made out of

Call me when you read your 8th grade Physics book. I'll educate you a bit:

The strong nuclear force acts on the atomic level. Gravity can affect matter at a galactic level. Gravity is nearly negligible at the atomic level compared to strong and weak nuclear forces. But gravity has never sucked a galaxy into a black hole

Dark Matter.

Pfft, that only holds together a massive amount of objects on a galactic scale. Pathetically weak.

Strong Nuclear Force.

Strong Nuclear Force.

Its estimated to be the force behind the continual spread of the entire universe. I dont think we are aware of another force that can actually move entire galaxies around do you?

That's Dark Energy, not Dark Matter; Dark Matter is what gives galaxies its shape and is very weak. Dark Energy is very weak, too; there's just a lot of it. And both are not forces, but rather matter/energy that interact with gravity. Gravity is pathetically weak.

The strong nuclear interaction puts electromagnetism and gravity to shame. It also contributes to the destructive capability of mankind's most powerful weapon today.
