Couldn't have said it better myself...

I think that comes from the fact that we have many, academic and intelligent (young) posters. And also, academia isn't necessarily a bastion for gaining common sense and life experience. Experience comes with age, intelligence and the ability to write long paragraphs and sound smart is quite easy and has no age requirement.

That being said...I don't think this forum lacks A LOT of commeon sense, just a little.

Oh, and I'm about to be 20 (in a few days).
