During the European Football Championship I'm on a strict Beer and Döner diet. That means I eat Döner and drink beer past 9 p.m. and eat regularly for the rest of the day. On days without a game I strictly refuse to eat Döner and drink beer with the possible exception that I go to a Rock concert, where I will only renounce the Döner.

The Championship has begun about 20 days ago, no weight lost or gained until now.
 
Nope, and never been on one. Although maybe I should be on a slight diet - i.e. not eating quite as much fattening foods and exercising a bit more - as I'm 5'10" and weigh 165 lb.
 
The pizza, hamburger, hot dog, chocolate, ice cream, coke diet.
 
Vegetarian "diet". Truth is, I just can't be arsed to cook, so I don't eat. H:1.70m, W:60kg (I feel as though I should express this in newtons though...)

I can see my rib cage, and put about half of my hand underneath my rib cage :ack: My metabolism is very high, when ever I do track I have to eat lots, and lots, and lots, and lots of food in order to keep from straving. :crazyeye:
 
You're like one of my friends (who happens to be a Marine coincidentally)... he's 6'0'' and about 140. Skinniest little bastard i've ever seen.
 
After years of research I came up with the G-Man diet. For reasons of national security I can only reveal that it's based on eating healthy food and avoiding junk...

I eat a lot of candy. :( And lots of carbs but still even after eating two double cheese Burgers from Burger King I still only weigh 140 :cry:
 
The "Eat a balanced diet and don't sit on your ass all day" diet. ;)

I could never go on Atkins because a) It's unnatural and b) I'm Irish, without potatoes I would die. :p
 
I eat whatever I want, and as much as I want. That's my diet. And I guarantee that it works very well for me ( 1,80 meter; 71 KG)
