Which of these Wonders from Civ II would you most like to visit? Note that I only included existing wonders (no Colossus or Garden of Babylon) that are places (no Women's Suffrage or SETI) and I assigned the real world equivalent to a few.

I personally picked the Galapagos (Darwin's). I've already been to Hoover Dam, Statue of Liberty, and the UN.

I would definetly visit the Great wall.

So there's no such thing as the Oracle ?

I've been to all but 2...Galapagos Islands(Darwin's) and the Great Wall...
I have to say the Great Wall would be the more fascinating of the 2.

Yeah, the Great Wall of China is definently the most interesting...too bad it's owned by communists, ha-ha.

I'd like to see the Pyramids the most, but if I ever have the money and the time I'd like to see them all.

The great wall... Untill I'll go to China I'll stick with Israel's western wall.

I chose the Galapagos, but like most others here, would like to see the great wall also.

I saw the pyramids from a distance when I was in the military, and I grew up in New York so I saw all of those as well. Iv'e been over the Hoover Dam several times, including 2 weeks ago on my vacation (on the way to Las Vegas from Pheonix). I also went to Cape Canaveral (Kennedy Space Center) as a kid. They left all the 1960s era equipment, its so cool.

Wouldn't it be cool to see the Titanic on the ocean floor someday, or the Earth from space? In person, not just pictures.

You can easily see the earth from space! All you need is good health, brains, 6 months of your life for training and about 20,000,000$ ;)

Yeah, theres alot of controversy about that. I say go for it if you can afford it. I would.

All I need is another $19,999,996. Give or take a few bucks.

I have a coin of 10 agorot... That's about 2.5 cents... What do you need to be in the hight of 200,000,000 feet anyway... 5 feet works for me...

Anyway, it's 02:19 AM here, so I better go to sleep. I don't wanna miss anything important so untill I come back make love not war

Eiffel Tower - Been up there once. Nice view, unclean city, rude people.
Great Wall of China - Never been there!
Hoover Dam - Driven over it, walked in it. Very cool. Grand Coulee Dam is as impressive, BTW.
Great Pyramids - Most impressive! Climbed the Great Pyramid, sat on the top stones that remain up there, and watched the predawn over Cairo. Awesome!!
Statue of Liberty - What can you say? BTW, Thank you France.
United Nations (in NY) - OK, but there are more impressive buildings in NYC.
Kennedy Space Center (Apollo Program) - Very cool.
Sistine Chapel (Mike's Cathedral) - A most Awe-Inspring sight. If you get to Rome, do not miss it. It does make this citizen happy!!!!
Galapagos Islands (Darwin's) - Been to lots of exotic islands, but not those!
Cambridge U (Newton's College) - Nice, esp. by American standards. I liked Oxford, too.

So I really had the choice of the Great Wall, or the Galapagos... and it was pretty easy, I'd like to visit the Great Wall! I'd like to do it in a "Free China", too :D.

What are you talking about? 6 months and twenty million dollars? Sure, you might need that, but none of this wonderful voyage would never have taken place if it weren't for the good old Russian space program.

Tin cans and dogs aren't that great of a deal for $20M

:( I haven't been to any of them yet...Although thats probably because I am only 16 and am still at school.

That's what's wrong with non-jews - You don't have a Bar Mitzva! I was in Eiffel when I was 13!

Im 16 and I am going to trex along the great wall of china: I voted for it because I eally would like to visit it.

I CANT WAIT (watch everybody I said that and it DIDNT refer to Civ3 :))

I didn't vote cuz I have 2, Galapagos and the Chapel. :)

Bar Mitzva!
That must be an Israeli Wonder ?! ;) I've always "wondered" about that, hehe...

Actually, I think Solomon's Temple could be a good ancient wonder, with obvious effects in Civ 2/3....
