I prefer a more low level infilitration of all branches of government; a very General approarch. And then If I want something specific done I'll have some sort of baseline infilitration worked out from which to start doing my thing.

Government is the expression of political power, the source of that power in a nation is much more useful place to understand and influence with your inflitration; be it populist roots, the military, the economy, an elite group, or a combination thereof .

She is in my NES, and managed to grasp its perfectly straight away... Her nation will appear within the next update

Kan', GT, Till, Toltec and Adrogans have all been great beginners if i say so myself.

I'm not exactly sure if there's a big difference. I think it doesn't vary any more than basic personality. We don't have enough girls here to have a good sample population.

Well, basically, Cleric set up a large number of secret bases in the western half, launched a raid on Reykjavik to test weapons there during the outbreak of the WWII using certain technologies stolen from me, and I eventually figured this out and, with the assistance of the EUA government, sent a fighting expedition across the ice and proceeded to lay waste to everything he had set up there and went over the remains with a fine-toothed comb. Then the NES ended.

Essentially there was a terrorist organization operating out of your territory and you didn't have a clue about it, or the intervention of 50,000 GEAR soldiers to end its operations there.
