The World is Mine
Brazil vs. America. The war which your dad is partaking in.

This isn't a competition of who's been to the coldest place, because it is between you, das, and the scandinavians there.
Indeed it does. Our climate, despite its latitude, is much more like that of New England than that of the northern reaches of your continent. Last week we had temperatures of 25-30 degrees most every day, this week it's a bit less hot with about 15-20. Winters tend to go down to -20 at least once, for a week or two, but most often stays around 0. The -50 that Iggy reports is something I've never ever experienced. I think -26 is my record, and that was in the Norwegian mountains. The Scandinavians have the Gulf Stream, if it goes that far.
If it helps, I'm living in Brazil this Summer on "Official U.S. Navy Bussiness" with my dad
lurker's comment: You poor, poor deprived human being...Coldest.. well, I've never seen snow before so you can imagine how (un)cold I've gone.
Gee,
I've only been in rather mild climates.
My record was 43 with some ludicrous humidity.
