I do not exactly want a thread yet but I wanted a little bit of advice and I think this area is the best place to get it.

I want to reopen my random fresh start but I still have not made a rule set I like yet for it.

The question is for everyone should I just end my old NES, restart it or try something else. I have a few ideas in mind but I do not know yet. I did not want to make a vote just wanted to hear a few opinions in this thread as several mods have done like Bird.

The ruleset you had was fine with me. It's more about how you implement the rules than what they are; yours was an excellent NES. In any case, I really look forward to its possible return.

Restart it, preferably before the BT.

Interesting to start it before the BT. However, I will need to rework a lot of things. Look for a preview thread by the end of the week if not I may wait until I get back from my camping trip.

Glad there is still some interest. I will include my various other ideas which I will use in future NESes one day. Just to share my ideas but it will likely be a restart of my current NES.
