I have a sign in my room which says "President silver 2039" only with my real name, and under that it says Saudi Arabia, and elsewhere I have a sign that says Uganda and an American flag, and an Ugandan flag I stole from MUN on my wall, along with 3 baseball posters of the New York Yankee's, and a model of a dhow from Kerala, and a statue of a dog.

No I represented Uganda so I took their flag, I was going to steal Sirra Leon's also but the girl took it....

I did steal the American delegates flag though.

Although I have some black and white pictures of some national park/reservation thingy in america (forget now, cut off the info bits so i got pure picture).

and some small prints/cards from the local art school.

Just havn't put those things up yet (leave in 1 week for a years study in switzerland)

I have a US map of the Civil War, showing where the battles were.
Also, I have a map of Bull Run, and a picture of Stonewall Jackson.
And I also have a picture of Pirates ,
And a poster with Uncle Sam saying "I want you for USA army"
Another is with Muhhamed Ali on it
another has a wanted poster for Jesse Jackson

Damn, you're lucky, the 2 MUN conferences I have attended, I have only gotten away with the placards. I have yet to win the large UN flag either.

I only have a single placard, so even you are lucky.

Though I do have a lovely collection of miniature flags from a different source. I think I have Sri Lanka, the UN, and a couple of others.

I have 2 placards and 2 flags....not bad if I do say so myself....I used to have a Israel placard but it got destroyed at some point....pity....I couldn't get the flag either....

silver lives in India, and attends conference(s) in Qatar. But naturally a lot of Americans do participate - it was, after all, started in America. That is where the UN building is, you know.

My school is too dirt poor to have a MUN team, but we do alot of debate...Texas is the USA's debate headquarters.

Start a club, then find sponsors, like parents and local businesses. Of course, you'll have a tough time competing against the kids who have classes for MUN.
