Bask in compliments, criticism, answer alex994's 3 PMs of questions.

-I answer whatever diplo has been sent already, go to sleep, wake up, and answer 3 or 4 PMs from Alex. :p

Do you two have something against my need for answers and details for every single minor or major area of interest to me? :p

I mean, I usually only send ONE pm of questions to mods ;)

Ah, cool JD. nothing to bad happened then.
Note that I said LAST update... :mischief:

@Alex: Well, once those questions are answered you send more, and more, and more... :p

They weren't questions! But requests for clarification on your answers, various random comments by me to change your mind, and as well as reasons why I should beright when I'm not right :p

@alex- I'm just poking fun. I don't want anyone to hold back questions, you're just consistently the most inquisitive of the players in my NESes.

This is in response to BJ in the orders due thread:

I suggested a table of contents because as NESes die and others are created, the thread will rapidly grow to multiple pages, and the posts on the first page will generally become pointless. But, finding a NES won't be as simple as going to the end, because the list of NESes will be in chronological order by start date, not end date. So a table of contents make sense.

It also might make sense just to have each moderator reserve a post, and put deadlines for all of their NESes there. But there would still need to be a table of contents once there were more than 20 mods in the thread.

I second the one-post-per-person rule. And we edit and sticky the thread.

Ooo! I never thought about just editing posts rather than posting new ones. What a great idea.

I do that to Imago. Millions of PMs fly back and forth between us while I develop my plans. :p

Actually, when he was playing in my NES, alex sent nowhere near as many PMs to me as fantasmo.

Because with all due respect, I wasn't really that into your nes :(

This thread, along with the 'Next Orders Due'-thread, are now listed in the NES Notice Board.
I think the orders due thread should actually be stickied. It will only be useful if it's right there at the top of the page.

Mods seem to have an aversion to stickying threads players feel are useful. I guess he doesn't realize how frequently folks would look at it. Now people will be posting (spaming) in it to bump it up rather than just editing an existing post with the new due dates.

Penny wise and pound foolish.

Question:
Why does anyone ever say 'genociding' or use genocide as a verb?
'Genociding' is a jarring, ugly sounding non-word. Does its concision really make up for its lack of dignity? Would it be so much of a stretch to use the much better sounding 'commit genocide' or 'attempt genocide' or 'conduct (a) genocide'?

Genos you man!

*Literal translation: I would like to commit Genocide towards you and your people for your hatred of our language development.
