It's nice to know that we don't have to be enemies yet.

And I would invade Rome exactly why? It is far more likely that you would be influenced by others and conspire to send an invasion fleet east. N'est pas? :p

If it makes you feel better, the invasion fleet is actually going west towards Iberia :p

Ah...that makes me feel much better.

*quickly changes orders to invade an undefended Rome*

I'm not going to actually empty Rome of my entire army :p

*goes and complains to jalapeno*

Out of curiosity, what do you think will be the future geopolitical situation in the Mediterranean? Your thoughts and opinions?

Carthage will be split up after the Third Punic War. :(

Its not that I don't trust you, its that I don't trust the Norse. I suppose that after this turn I will probably have more reason to trust that this alliance will survive.

I haven't paid a lot of attention to to the western Med., and I missed a lot of what went on in Iberia, but clearly Rome is in the driver's seat for now. I would guess that an aggressive Rome would take out everyone else one by one, or help forge a grand alliance of enemies to take her down a few pegs. A less aggressive Rome night just try to work through NPCs to frustrate everyone else's growth while appearing passive. That will generally piss people off too.

Hold up now. Am I the only one left out in the dark for once?

If it makes you feel better, the invasion fleet is actually going west towards Iberia

And here I am thinking that we actually concluded peace for once! Gah- If I'm attacked, hell shall be paid! (well, the best hell that I can bring around ;]. ) And, true to my word, I actually did abide by the treaty for once ;). The only question is if you guys did- gross lack of faith in you guys ;).

Carthage will be split up after the Third Punic War

Or earlier if it keeps going insane.

He's already been doing both of those things ;) I sincerely hope you're kidding, alex. Not because I'm worried, my homelands are fine. Just 'cuz.

Yes, it does appear so. That's one of the advantages of lots of spending points. How would one go about reducing his spending? ;)

Trade? Rome is hardly a mercantalistic nation based on trade. Yes it would hurt us but it would hardly matter in the greater scheme of things. :mischief:

What Third Punic War luckymoose? Can you please explain to me how an invasion fleet towards Iberia will end up in the attacking of Eirehann or Brittania? :p Unlike you peeps, I am trying to stay realistic ;)
