Who can cook?

Cooking is probably what I'll be spending a good chunk of my college time doing. Definitely looking forward to it.

I can cook tasty food, mainly 1 pot stuff involving onions, garlic and tomatoes (mushrooms and peppers optional but recommended). So that means pasta sauce (add bacon), spaghetti bolgnese (add mince, beef stock or gravy granules and red wine), chilli (as spag bol but add kidney beans and lots of chilli), lentil chilli (no mince but lentils and another tin of tomatoes, veggie stock cube instead of beef stock).

I can also do a mean curry, from scratch if required (takes hours though), so I normally use a paste in a tin. The jars of sauce are rubbish compared to curry paste.

My other speciality is chicken in white wine sauce, with garlic, onions, white wine, bacon and cream.

I can also do beef stew or hungarian goulash (beef stew with a ton of paprika). Chicken chasseur too.

Otherwise I'm a chops and potatoes and veg guy.

I forgot previously, but I just wanted to compliment Ramius on his excellent works posted here. Great to see both your cooking and photography skills coming along! Chilli crab is absolutely delicious, especially when served with the sweet buns. I tried this when in Singapore and I believe it's something of a national dish, right? What is the name for the local (hybrid style of) cuisine in Singapore? Whatever it is called, Singapore is one foodie heaven on earth, oh yes!

From one foodie to another :hatsoff:
Damnit Rambu, you just made me hella hungry.:o
If it got you cooking, then I'm glad. :D

on sunday I prepared some delicious selfmade Cannelloni al Parmigiano et Basilico
