English first name (the one that appears on my passport) - probably my mom and her side of the family.

Chinese first name - a Buddhist monk. No kidding.

Both surnames (Spanish sounding English one from mother's side and a Chinese one from father's side) passed on from earlier generations. :smug:

Since we don't have a national ID system back home, I can mix and match and have up to 4 identities there. :yeah:

No you can't. :hammer: I need them "clean" (i.e. no record) in case I get into trouble and am forced to marry someone at gunpoint.

My Mother. My Father wanted to call me 'Milo'. I'm very glad my Mother won out. I'd hate to share a name with a 'Tweenie'.

My partner also got to name our Son. It was agreed upon but she thought of it. I wanted to call him 'Hector' but she wouldn't have it.

My Son has my name as his middle name. I have my father's name as my middle name ect, ect.

Maybe should couldn't spell properly, and chalked up to "nonconformity" (well, everybody doing it!) when you asked.

"Yo momma so stupid she said she was trying to be hip when misspelling your name. ;)

perhaps if my father had named me but my mother is good at spelling and would know that my name Bryon should be spelt Brian. :p
