@SKILORD: I did specify INTERACTIVE AARs, which are participatory AARs, kind of like the succession games for Civ3 and Civ4. People who already participate in story & decision making games would likely adapt to NESing much easier than the typical AAR writer/reader.

The fun part about a moderate position is that it allows both sides to criticize you, which gratifies my persecution complex. I can be accused of both advocating some starry eyed scheme to fill our ranks with newbs and saying that attempts to expand the participant base are unworkable.

I didn't say it couldn't be done, but the main difference I pointed out with it was its use of a game engine, from what I read it looked like a lot of SG sort of stuff, which is cool, and my question was not whether or not the differences could be bridged but rather how.

I am Darkening- decide for yourself whether I am really here or not.

Getting back into the scene! Hopefully.

I'm alive!

I lurk here and on #nes now and then...

It's a very nice, if at times rather intimidating community.

WHAT do you MEAN, INTIMIDATING:trouble:!?!?

:joke: Yeah, it can be at times.
