Hi

Do you follow rugby and will you watch the upcoming world cup?

No, and I'm not interested in rugby. :)

This should be in the Sports forum...

Maybe. But if it was in the sports forum the poll wouldn't reflect the exact opinions of people on CFC.

Moderators: Please leave it here, at least for a few days.

I'll follow it, but not very closely. I'll probably watch the match where France is playing, perhaps a few others.
But, well, I live in Rugby territory

Ireland are in the same pool as France. France should top the group and it will be a contest between Ireland and Argentina for second place.

The Ireland Argentina game happens to be the last game of the group, so it is going to be a cracker!

France may be favourite, but Argentina is a dangerous opponent. We often lose in the past against them.
I think our pool is the most interesting, as the two qualified in all the other pools are already decided. Unless there's a big surprise of course

Yep. In Ireland, we are calling the group "the group of merde" as opposed to "the group of death"!

Rugby is much like Football(soccer) just a little more physical(i think), i've never watched the sport but i would not mind watching a game once in awhile if i knew what times ESPN broadcasted it.

I suppose it is like football in that it is played on a grass rectangular field and the object of the game is to score more than your opponent.

But the similarities end there, as you can see from this picture...

...what a great . .. .. .. .ing game!

It's not really like football (soccer) at all...
