Thanks to Kyriakos for rendering a larger Windmill image I could use to make the Civilopedia Large Bonus Image.

Dinna fash yoursel', I'm playing as Zeb next (I've just won as Authorities… ) and last time I played him wasn't that difficult… all I have to do is not lose the Old Buzzard, Zeb or Jed.
