[WIP] Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Hunnic and Mongol Revision + More(?)

Sorry for the late reply! Was burned out from a big project and went silent for a while - I also didn't want to post anything until something new was done but I'll just post anyways.

I should be good on the Pedias, it's just a matter of choosing the topics to include. However something I do need help with is music and figuring out CulDiv related stuff. The Tangut were a Tibeto-Burmese people but they also had claims of kinship with the Tuoba (a clan of the proto-Mongol Xianbei), with the founding Dynasty of Western Xia being descended from the Tuoba themselves. In Chinese scholarly history they've also been associated with the Qiang people as well. So I'm wondering which direction to go with the music and culture grouping.

So basically:
- Nomadic and later semi-Sedintary society with strong influence from the Steppe and later from China
- Strong influence of Tantric Buddhism (Vajrayana)

What I'm thinking is that I start them off in the Steppe Group and after the Medieval era they get a mixture of splash screens from Oriental/Bharata? As for Music, I'm wondering which CulDiv soundtrack they should be assigned and what kind of music the civ itself should use :S

I think that they should get the oriental bonus, perhaps have steppe splash screens for the classical era and oriental afterwards.

The pedias are mostly done as well as diplo text, and I've got some of the art stuff done but I want to put them through several iterations before I'm content with it. As for the code, I've been doing a combo of reverse engineering some mods to see how things work and looking through some basic guides (so basicallly tiny things here and there that don't amount to very much). The thing that is an actual bugbear is deciding on the appropriate music since there's not much (if none at all) records on what the music of the Tangut/Western Xia was. From a purely speculative POV, something related to Tibetan music could work or something related to the Tang Dynasty since the Tangut had significant ties to them before they branched off to form their own state.

Are you learning to code now? I am too, and I have found it a bit difficult to find good guides on civ creation.
