Hagia Sophia = 19+1=20 - I'll give it a nudge today, it's very useful when you're trying religion victory.
Hermitage = 19
Mahabodhi Temple = 1-3=-2 (ELIMINATED) - Is worst. Deserves to go now.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 23

Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 19
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 23
Mont St. Michel = 10
Oracle = 14 - 17-3 - I sometimes built it and I don't think I can tell the difference

Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 9 (12-3) nice, but game's almost over by the time I can build it
Forbidden City = 27 (26+1) my favorite wonder that I haven't upvoted yet

Chichen Itza = 16
Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 10 = 9+1 Same reason as last time - I find some use for it depending on what play style I use (late game war). Sometimes I build it in the former capital of some vanquished rival.
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 12
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 19
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 23
Mont St. Michel = 7 = 10-1 Never built it. Probably great for that one niche use, but it's not a play style I've had any interest in trying.

Chichen Itza = 16
Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = (10+1)=11 If I have the opportunity to build this in a game, I would. I tend not to finish my games too quickly, so I have no problem with it being a late wonder.
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = (12-3)=9 I find this to be a mediocre wonder, especially if the map lacks ocean.
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 19

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 23
Big Ben = 28
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 13 (16-3, an attempt at making a jungle Petra that just didn't quite do it.)
Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 9
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20

Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24 (23+1, same reason as before)

Terracotta Army = 17

Big Ben = 28
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 13
Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 11 - 3 = 8 (Wish it was available earlier. I've only built it once and the game was basically over at that point)
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 9
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 19
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Mont St. Michel = 7 + 1 = 8 (It's pretty great for cultural victories, easy to build, and agree that it looks awesome)
Oracle = 14
Oxford University = 22
Petra = 18
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 17
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 8
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 9
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 16 (19 - 3) Probably the best of the great artist point/slot wonders (since archaeologists make museums easier to fill than amphitheaters or broadcast towers, but that's damning with faint praise.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Mont St. Michel = 8
Oracle = 15 (14 + 1) This will net you more great person points per turn than any of the great artist wonders,and it kicks in several eras earlier, at a time when a small number of great person points (to say nothing of cheaper rush buys) can easily swing races.
Oxford University = 22
Petra = 18
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 17

Alhambra = 19

Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 8
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 9 - 3 = 6 The bonus is underwhelming.
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 16
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 24
Mont St. Michel = 8 + 1 = 9 I've got it in a game I'm playing now as China, and I've got so many relics thanks to the universal martyr promotion, I really needed the extra slots. Seems like the key to a relic tourism strategy for a culture victory.
Oracle = 15

Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 17
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 23
Big Ben = 29 (28+1) While there are admittedly several juicy options shooting ahead at this point, I'll give this another go because I just finished it last night, and doubled my gold from 6K to 12K in one turn ... and boy is that OP. Oh, and hey, I also got a free economy card slot.
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 13
Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 8
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 3 (6-3) From the list left at this point, this is probably the wonder I'm least sad to see the AI take. If they make naval combat more relevant, this wonder will obviously be better. Also, needs to be build adjacant to a harbor district with a lighthouse - seriously? They could at least have made this count for the lighthouse in the harbor district, or awarded a free lighthouse there if the other thing was too complicated to code.
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 16

Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 8
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 4 (3+1) don't die just yet! i'm a navy guy and i like the +1 movement but i, too, think that +2 could make it more accepted.
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 16
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21 (24-3) sounds cool but i can't build it since i dont have the dlc. that sucks.
Mont St. Michel =9
Oracle = 15
Oxford University = 22
Petra = 18
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 17
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 23 + 1 = 24 (not only are the envoy bonuses valuable, it's my favourite looking wonder, too)
Big Ben = 29
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 13
Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21

Mont St. Michel =9
Oracle = 15
Oxford University = 22
Petra = 18
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 17 - 3 = 14 (if I want promotions, I'll just go to war; the lengthy gap between building this and the archaeologist bonus seems really weird)
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 29
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 13
Colosseum = 24
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 8
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 1 (4 - 3) Weak water wonder, Colossus is better.
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 16
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Mont St. Michel = 9
Oracle = 16 (15 + 1) This wonder will help immensely with getting Great People.
Oxford University = 22
Petra = 18
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 14
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 29
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 10 (13 - 3 ) to difficult to buid. and you can't chop the rainforest.
Colosseum = 25 ( 24 +1 ) very good
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 8
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 1
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23

Big Ben = 29
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 10
Colosseum = 25
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 8+1=9 - This must survive longer! Late game wonder, yes, but it's still useful, since amenities aren't easy to get.
Forbidden City = 27
Great Lighthouse = 1-3=-2 (ELIMINATED) - It's bonus is weak enough to be the next eliminated.
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 16
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Mont St. Michel = 9
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 22
Petra = 18
Potala Palace = 21

Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20
Hermitage = 16
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus = 21
Mont St. Michel = 9 - 3 = 6 (I see no reason why a human player would make this. It takes too long and its benefit is minimal given that religious victory can be easily won without wonders).
Oracle = 16
Oxford University = 22
Petra = 18 + 1 = 19 (Still a powerful wonder, though not quite as amazing as in Civ V, atmospherically or bonus wise)
Potala Palace = 21
Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 14
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 16 (the weakest of the slot wonders, which I like, but am ready to start see falling somewhat)
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 29
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 10
Colosseum = 26 (25+1, this is one of the best times wonders in the game, with a potent effect that comes along right as you need it to, before amenities become abundant)
Colossus = 14
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 9
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23

Ruhr Valley = 25
Terracotta Army = 14
Venetian Arsenal= 22

Alhambra = 19
Apadana = 24
Big Ben = 29 - 3 = 25 Comes too late to be useful.
Bolshoi Theatre = 21
Chichen Itza = 10
Colosseum = 25
Colossus = 14 + 1 = 15 The number of amenities this can release for other cities in your civ makes this one of the best.
Cristo Redentor = 21
Eiffel Tower = 22
Estadio do Maracana = 9
Forbidden City = 27
Great Pyramids = 23
Great Zimbabwe = 23
Hagia Sophia 20

Would those of you using light lime green please use a darker version? It is very difficult to read that color.
