I actually tend to think I have gotten worse, at least in certain areas. These days I tend to write quick responses without thinking too much. As my post count proves, I don't post very often, but I do have several well written posts from my early days that I know I will never write now. However, there are some old post that made me go "WTH, I was an idiot".

OK, so I was reading through some of my old posts from April, and WOW, was I a moron back then... I've learned so much since then, it was honestly kinda shocking.
So, on a scale of 1-10 (With 1 being regressing a lot, 10 being progressing a lot, 5 being same), how much has your posting improved (Or otherwise) since you've arrived here. Links to old posts for comparison are not required, but they are encouraged (I'll add some in a few minutes.)
I have to say 10 for me.... I could debate the heck out of myself in April. I mean, I doubt I knew what "Debate" meant back then
A flat 1, Dommy I hate to break it to you but you still hold to the same fallacies, have the same confusions, and total lack of any grasp of what you are arguing for that you did back in April. For improvement you would have to be able to show some ability to take on the evidence shown to you by others and change and grow from it (and I'm not talking about becoming Lefty either, just hold a more rational and evidence based view of the world).

I've looked at my posts in April and literally was shocked. Perhaps I will do the same to the stuff I'm posting now in 2012, but I have definitely improved since April (And I'm not just making that up either, a lot of people have said that.)
Also, I have changed several of my opinions from posting on here.

I was a pushy, dumb, know-it-all brat when I started posting in ot, then I was a pushy, dumb, know-it-all, dumb brat in nes. Have I changed? Not really. I do feel as a person I've gone from bright innocent kid, to a little more typical teen, with actual like, dislikes, hobbies, crush(<3), etc. I would say 10, but it feels wrong to compare myself from last year to now at my age to be perfectly honest.

Yeah you're probably right, I can at least read Dommy's posts and see that he actually cares, while there are a few other posters who just are evil.

(Then again, I do remember someone posting that saying "Screw you, got mine!" is actually acceptable, so maybe that's what you meant.)

Yeah, that's probably what's happened to me. This site, I can say with honesty though, was probably one of the major reasons I considered and later embraced atheism.
