Kaiser Bill (me) labeled the naval engagements a German success. Meanwhile, the Kaiser stated, "The Arras Offensive is progressing nicely," and that, "there is no threat of a strong French Counter Attack so the advance will continue." Lastly, the Kaiser has announced that the newly reformed 1st Corps, formerly under command of Paul von Hindenburg, will be put in the field under the command of Remus von Wyorsh. Reportedly, Hindenburg will recieve command of 2nd Corps which will soon be reformed. Ludendorf will eventually recive command of the 3rd Corps.
