Hey, NESers! This NES uses the idea of running countries that have bi-weekly updates of policy, government type, and other factors.

So, you ask, how do I start?

First of All...You'll want to think up a name and choose a catagory of civilization. All Government starts out as a basic tribal hierarcy, but you have to decide what catagories it goes into. This will effect the results of your choices.

Types:

Militaristic: Your Government values strength over all. You take the most rash, brutal descisions and are led by a cruel and unforgiving tyrant.

Ideal Mix: Scientific, Expansionistic
Ideal System: Military Dictatorship

Diplomatic: Your Government values learning and persuasive skills over all. You take the most politically useful descisions and are led by a senate of politicans.

Ideal Mix: Expansionistic, Scientific, Economic, Industrial
Ideal System: Republic, Democratic

Expansionistic: Your Government values wealth and status over all, and takes measures to ensure it's growth.

Ideal Mix: Militaristic, Scientific, Industrial, Economic
Ideal System: Socialist Democracy, Republic, Monarchy.

Scientific: This government values learning and creativity over all. It takes measures to gain new techniques and the like.

Ideal Mix: Industrial, Militaristic, Economic.
Ideal System: Any

Industrial: This government values work and resources over all, and takes measures that improve working efficency and materials available.

Ideal Mix: Economical, Scientific.
Ideal System: Communist, Socialist Democracy.

So. Now you know that. Time to put it together.

Country Name/Owner: Put your country's full name, an adjective form, and a common form. And your name.
Catagories: Pick two of the ones that were on top.
Size: 1-5, 1 is small, five is massive, higher size, more problems, more hostility from others.

Welcome Javenic! However, before you start Moding, may I suggest you NES for a while? It would be a real mistake to just jump in Moding before you actually join and play out a few NESes. I would say wait a few months to a year before Moding. Still, welcome!

I"d got a decent amount of experience with this sort of thing, I run something like this on another site, have been for three months. Again, I just need to finish the informaion file.
