XP Buildings

Hi everyone! This are simple questions but unfortunately I couldn't find a clear answer to it...

1- I've build Barracks, Armory & Military Academy and I only have two promotions when I build a unit... why not three???

2- Playing Assyria, I filled the Royal Library writter slot and later the Barracks and I only have one promotion when I build a unit... why not two???

3- I've build Barracks, Armory, Military Academy and Brandengurg Gate and I only have two promotions when I build a unit... why not four???

I play emperor level.

Promotions go up exponentially in cost - 10, 30, 60, 100, 150, 210... - the three XP buildings give a total of 45, so not enough for three promotions. Same with the great work slot and Barracks, you only have 20 XP and not 30. You should be getting three promotions with the third case though

Because first level up needs 10 XP
Then the 2nd needs 30XP (20 additonal)
Then the 3rd needs 60XP (30 additional)

Royal library makes units start with 10 so level up once
royal library + barracks = 25 XP so still level up once
barracks+armory+academy = 45XP.. 2 level ups. etc.
