Yeah... another dude... I am not sure, but extremely many people go into that category. My gut tells me that perhaps the majority of humans in existence own their existence to them (among others).

I understand that you identify yourself with your physical exclusively -- perhaps even to an extent that "be it another from my fathers millions of sperm cells it would be someone else and I would totally never existed" but seriously what does Hitler have to do with that?

Well 'nothing' is clearly wrong, as 'everything' would be. But 'something' is clearly right.
So as a matter of fact.
A million of jews had to die, among a million other things, so that I could be born.
'A million other things' may say that the holocaust is not particular important to my existence. But it still is. Without Hitler bothering the world, no me. Without that jerk bothering my mother in 8th grade, no me.
But that all infinitively relativezes in so far as that I do not buy into the idea of an actual 'me'.
There are just 'mes'. And way to many of that so for me to be comfortable with it.
More than I can count. And a lot of them, I am right know.
