Definetively cod.
we have two main ways to prepare it

With biscay sauce (made with peppers, tomato, onions and bread)

And as I sayd in most disgusting local foods (I did not like this way while being a kid), now I love it, Pil-pil sauce (made with olive oil, garlic and Jelly contained in cod)

It's been almost a year since i had some Gyros :/
