That is curious since i think that the Spanish accent from Spain is the most different from the italian accent among all the Spanish accents. Italian phrases have a "musical" entonation as some latin america accents, however Spanish from Spain has not. OTOH I find Spanish accent from Argentina very similar to Italian.

There are many people of Italian descent in Argentina so they may have slightly influenced the Argentinian accent. This has happened elsewhere; apparently the New York City accent was influenced by the Jews, Poles, Irish and Italians. Like "Boyd" for "Bird" etc. Funny.

English is the most practical, but Latin is my favorite. You wouldn't have half that list as a choice without Latin as the original Romance language.

Hmm, I speak English and Mandarian Chinese.

If so, I vote Russian. Because the Russians speak it. And the Russians are awsome because they're Russian.

That wasn't supposed to make sense, but still, the Russians did do incredible things. (survive in 1/10th atmosphere during a space capsule malfunction, certain heroics at Stalingrad while starving, etc.)

Then it would be Japanese because it sounds nice(ish).

The Russians would not have any need for such heroics if they had designed better space capsules or not killed off so much army leadership, for example. Heroism to recover from your own incompetence is heroism, to be sure, but it loses a little of its brilliance.

I voted Japanese, just because I'm busy learning it at the moment. In fact, I have a test later today - wish me luck.

Japanese verb and adjective conjugation is a pain, but it's much more consistent than English and kanji are really interesting.

Yay! I can read the first 2 characters because they are in Mandarian Chinese (2 out of the 100 or so characters that I can read)!

And I can infer the next one, and the rest is clearly in Japanese.

Sign language is a good form of perosn-to-person communication. you don't need to master the language to get the gist of what's being said (sometimes. certainly more so than any spoken language). And some of the signs are kinda cool understanding what actions they're derived from.

I think you might need to chose a few other reasons to believe apart from hot chicks, but then they are hot and man I'm so glad I don't have to go to confessional when I look at that picture

English but then only because it's the only language I can speak fluently and even then :/

I like French though, and have made some efforts to learn it even though my language skills suck.
