Iaeda was founded by our House, and we own the land and the buildings. There is nothing in the law that prevents Nessers from being appointed Magistrates, and we certainly know how to best govern our lands.
We request that the moderator appoint an Ìademos as Magistrate of Iaeda. It would be a fair recognition of our loyal service to the Senate.

We beg to differ.
A magistrate is an office on the same level as of a diplomat or a war leader, and since those two can only be made among elites and can a magistrate.
Obviously the magistrate of Iaeda must work closely with the Iaedos house - but he is suppose to be an elite, unless of course there is no one against Iadeos being the magistrates of Iaeda.

There's nothing in the Senate rules that deals with Nessers or Elites being Magistrates, as the position is new. The question hasn't really been addressed.
I'm in favor of it, as the Elites already are War Leaders and Diplomats. Let the common folk have some say in their governance. We would support Elites and Nessers having the power to be Magistrates.
House Iademos would support the Alya having the Magistracy of Uuta if our claim was supported.

The Senate Gives Authority for funds to be raised for the proper creation of a sewer system and supporting functions. These functions may include re-planning of streets and the creation of public aqueducts and water sources.
The Senate Gives Authority for the Laws of the Government of Nesse to be codified, in the common alphabetic script of the Northern world.

The Senate Withholds Authority from any action against Exiles on their island at this time. However, the banning of Exiles from the City and the Outlands remains in place.
