Depends on where you put it, and what exactly you want to do. If it shoudl get values from the .dll, then you'd have to mod it too.
If you only put it into the cveventManager, then

Azt sem tudom, hogyan találjak ide, hogy ha nem pont üzenetet kapok. Yeah, you need some kind of payment method, but I don't know if it is limited to Credit Cards. However, I have enjoyed the DLC civs a lot, so it's worked out pretty good.

I am in the progress on planning a modding demonstration and tutorial for a school project, and I just would like to say that if the modding community wants to help, then that will be appreciated. The demonstration will take place FALL 2011, and will consist of how user-created content can be implemented in a mod. If the modding community wishes to allow my project presentation to use their own created content, that would be helpful. The workshop will introduce participants to free graphics tools like Blender, Nifscope, and Gimp and will show how content can be created for Civ4 BtS.
