[GS] [1.0.0.290] a not new yet serious trade bug (Fixed)

This bug is not new to GS version.
When a great peron creates a great work and you choose to sell this writing (sculpture or relic .etc) in exact the same turn,AI seems to make an unfair deal.
In 1.png Poundmaker tries to exchange my newly writing with 785GPT(that is what all he has) and some other resources.In 2.png,he refuses to purchase my writing with only 30GPT.

I also observed it, also in [1.0.0.290]. I can trade a shiny new Relic in exchange for all the AI's gold plus all of its per-turn gold plus both great works of writing it has plus every luxury resource it has multiple copies of.

Per patch notes, this should be fixed:

• [XP1, XP2] Fix an issue where AI was overvaluing Great Works on the turn they are created (causing lots of trade requests).
