Mousing over the turn summary icons that appear above the next turn button for long enough also triggers the tooltip for the tile below it that shows yields and occupying districts, etc. and this second tooltip overlaps the other. There should be code that prevents tile-based tooltips from appearing whilst mousing-over turn summary icons so that you can view them properly.
Furthermore, right clicking on a turn summary icon to dismiss it when there are multiple instances of it (for example, when there is more than one city reporting low amenities) does not update the tooltip with information from the next one in the sequence until you move the mouse cursor off of the icon and then back on. Similarly, when you right-click one of the lower icons and the one above drops down in its place - the tooltip does not update without moving the mouse. In this case, you do not have to move the mouse right off the icon like you do in the instance above, but you still have to move it to display the new information.
