Thanks for these units danrell, I like them so much I started learning how to edit the CIV xml files in order to add them

As other people who want to use them will have to go through the same steps, I decided to post a mod here which replaces all the standard civs with alternatives which use your units.

If you are interested in it, get it here

All units are included, so you do not need to download them separately.

i have the regular vertion of civ4, i was wondering if u need a differnt type of civ4 to use the units.

No, the guide linked in Danrell's original link will work for regular civ, though it does take more work than the beyond the sword meathod. For those who have Beyond the Sword I hope to have the EDU mod + Danrell and some of Bakuel's units up for download soon, just waiting for the 3D downloads site to approve it.

here is my version of the EDU mod plus Danrell's units, Bakuel's egyptian and some of his african stuff and unicodek's 300 spartan phalanx model:

Hi y'all.

Can you play multiplayer with these units or are they only available for singleplayer.

Does the game server and host interpert these as cheats?
