Biased? America DOES have the army of most other countries combined, and certainly of all Latin American countries, and I'm counting Brazil.

Chavez is not a technically a communist but a fascist. but since this is a future scenario it's all about fun!

PD: Obama is too white for Shaka... maybe Xerxes?

By biased I meant one-sided, as being too militarily powerful for other nations to take on and therefore no fun to play against. Not politically biased.

Another suggestion, since FARC is allegedly supported by Chavez, why not make guerrillas in Colombia controlled by Venezuela?

oh in that case yes, we all think pretty much the same. but if you want a challenge just play as the Free Cubans. And yeah, I want FARC for Ven in the next version as well.
