2013-2014 NBA Season

THATS MY MAN

Cleveland wins a few titles in that scenario. I'm okay with this turn of events.

So can Ballmer buy LBJ plz

The Spurs Suuuuuuuuuuck!

I think Spurs probably win even if LeBron is in, but I'll take it.

Hope no one suffers from any injury this series. As much as I like seeing James limping on the court. I want to see a thrilling series. There's just no challenge for the Spurs if James is out of the game.

It was so dumb to see people talk about LeBron not toughing it out. You don't play through cramps that are that severe. You can played a limited amount if they're really minor but in a +90 degree arena with all the minutes he's played in the playoffs, including 33 to that point in that game I have no doubt it was genuine. Sometimes your body just says "no, we're done". Everyone on that court looked pretty bad off, too, their bodies just didn't quite react the same way. I thought Splitter was going to pass out at one point when I saw him struggle and kinda stagger after getting back up in the 3rd. That look on LeBron's face when he was sitting down looked like it was genuine pain and he wasn't hamming this up with some Paul Pierce wheelchair garbage. I'm not an athlete but I'm listening to people who are, mostly professionals in the media but a couple friends too.

I'm also not a big fan of LeBron personally and I laughed at some of the jokes that weren't meant to knock him(needs Lance Stephenson to blow on him to keep him cool) but holy crap people need to lay off the guy, those were ridiculous conditions. I don't want to see anyone hurting like he was, it's not right as a human being and it's also bad karma as a fan to be glad to see someone injured.

I agree, he looked like he was dying when sitting on the bench. I don't like the guy at all, and I was feeling really bad for him. It was a stupid mistake by the coach to send him back into the game in the 4th quarter. After all, it was just game 1. I hate the Heat but I hope Lebron recovers and plays at his best. The Finals wouldn't be the same without him.

You would have though he would be used to the heat, playing Miami.

Yes, but people react differently to heat - some are hardly fazed, and some are incapacitated. LeBron would seem to be someone who has a genetic predisposition
to be adversely affected by heat. It's a shame from the standpoint of last night's game, but there's nothing he or anyone else can really do about it.

(needs Lance Stephenson to blow on him to keep him cool)

I was surprised that he was let back pretty quickly after the first cramp. That tweet is referencing an attempt to return after the second cramp which Spoelstra nixed but he still got let back in to make that one drive to the basket and then froze up completely.

this is why I hate the Heat

1. hate the player not the team

2. Are you forgetting that Ginobili is the flopping maestro?

3. but those are probably my two least favorite players in the league

4. seriously, ginobili flops all the damn time, give me a break

5.

EDIT: Not to say that wasn't egregious, and I'll be the first to say Wade is an ass, but it's silly to say "this is why I hate the heat" because of that one gif
