4 nations experience a large expansion rate. They are: Assyria, Shang, American Empire, and Recife. The people agreed to work harder after speeches from the leader, and they decided they could be better if they became bigger. So settlers worked harder, and the people built faster. Thus the bigger nation.
The House of wisemen has been completed in Florida. The people rejoice, and the education shoots up as the old men teach the children well. The children go on and have good jobs, and some of them even teach their children, and so on.
The German Reich converts even more provinces to them. The people say that the wonderful economy wants to make them convert. But, rumors of angry people in France begin to worry the citizens. {-1 confidence in leader}
The Scottish people emerge. The leaders talk to their people and convince them to work and work, and that if they worked it would pay off for future generations. {+1 Economy}
Haida Expand north into Alaska, but some of the people there are angry and begin to attack. Haida holds off the attacks but has a hard time expanding north.
Recifian people work hard to expand along the coasts. Many of the troops expanding into the Amazon died of disease though. But, many new lumber factories have increased the economy.

Assyria and Carthage sign an alliance.
Shang settle the Philipines.
Scots get contact with Germany.
Japan gains many troops as the leader is lost among the rubble of tornados. But the economy suffers. {+50 Troops, -1 economy}

As our great state of Russia continues to expand we find a problem, what should we do next? The German Reich has no reason to be invaded by us, niether Rome. Our army is satisfactory and our education, OUR EDUCATION! I have an idea! My scholors have just notified my of more upbringings in the mind of our people in the next 100 years, we shall use this to our advantage and grow much more! If we dont have military over you, it shall be our minds!
I demand the recruit of not military but more scholors to teach our people and bring our scientific levels. I want to know more things, and more and I want the same from the people of Russia, I will tell them now...
One day later infront of all people in Moscow
"Hello everyone of the Great State of Russia. I am here today to discuss a few issues, issues that will effect the lives of our sons and daughters to come. A very important issue that must be made done quickly. Education. Life must be lived on with something in our mids to think about is what I learned, and I want to teach it to the people of Russia. I want everyone to stop working for 3 hours at 7 o'clock every night and go to the several Scholors I have sent to your village and learn from them, take the time off to put something in your minds and use it well in your everyday life! I have my top Scholor here and he would like to say a word to you people"

A map of the regions and provinces was made by Kaiser Wilhelm III. He wanted to get a better look at the distribution of the Reich, and so that the people would know where they are:
There were rumors of evil French people that were against the German Reich, causing weariness among the people. However, there was also civlization in the west, as the Scots made their landing in France. Perhaps they would be able to tame the French beasts. Wilhelm decided that it would be good if an agreement was made with Scotland. He wanted BELgium, but had no real ambition into the French lands, so he would let the Italians and the Scots partition that wild land however they wanted, as long as BELgium would be one with the Reich. HUNgary was part of his ambition, too. He had secretly visited the land as a teenager and dreamt of making it his when he would ascend to the throne. Now it was possible.
Russia proposed a triple alliance between herself, Germany, and Greece/Italy. Wilhelm decided that this would be very productive for his Reich and its future.
