Mexico believes that Haiti's actions in Cuba were intended to assist the Cubans in their liberation of France however with the confusion of war taking effect things went wrong. Haiti is at fault in this situation and we suggest that Haiti pay Cuba 1 EP to compensate for any damages caused to Cuba and her people.

Their navy was destroyed, hence they can't protect trade. So no trade from colonies.

Only a coward would attack the Merchant Marines. Trade shouldn't take a hit unless the ports were blockaded. Once a major naval battle ends the shipping lanes are back to some form of trade.

Curious, when I took London it took two years for the industrial hit to effect... he hits Paris out of nowhere and I lose half my economic capacity immediately.

Also I am going to pose this question: Since when has a navy ever been completely destroyed in a year? Ever?
