So, I have determined that i hate quite a few of you to a small but significant degree. Fear not, for this will not influence anything towards you, though it should. Mostly this is because it has become blatantly obvious that none of you actually read my posts after the update or the OOC section during the update. I have chosen not to respond to the ignorant people who ask me questions I have already answered (also in the first post).


The tech tree is being updated now, and once more, I am acting on the information I have available. If you dont see yourself gettign a tech you were supposed to recieve the real people to blame are the lazy &$#*@($&^@*@($#&%^$^#*@*(@(&es that didn't send information when I asked. The new tech tree (with some new techs availabe) will be up momentarily.

Geez, thank you. You could have remembered that I spent 15 EP before changing the price from 28 to 3 EP!

EDIT: Seems that I am the end man of the Berlin Alliance (of which I have yet to be officially a member of, despite having been accepted by them), as I haven't received the many techs the other members have right now. Quite sad for me and us Danish, really.

Can you explain to me if I am safe if I demobilize. Do I subtract the 50 from the 35+20 ?

From the front page it says you want to be able to cover half of your pre-war manpower therefore I would think you would need 100 manpower to demobilize back down to 50. So you need to demobilize the equivalent of 50 Inf brigades to get back 50 Manpower and then after this turn when you have 105 Manpower saved up you can demobilize. That is my understanding from the rules.

I think but if I subtract 50 manpower if I demobilize from the 55 I will have after this turn, I will have 5 manpower and as long as I don't go negative I'm fine. So What I am wondering is if the 50 is the prewar manpower or how much will be subtracted if I demobilize.

We are once more narrowly approaching the deadline. This is the 24-hour warning, though we may once more postpone it, depending on how many orders I recieve. If i have a majority, then the update will continue. I'd recommend that someone involved with the Rome Conference post the completed treaty (or so far confirmed treaty) on this thread.
