The UCNA has a 26EP bill on their hands, not 15. We expect 6EP payment, 2 to each for the first turn, and then at least 4 to Virginia each turn until it is paid off.

We were misunderstood on the payment. After looking over our finances 2 EP total will be sent each year. Taking a total of 13 years to pay off. As to who this will go to will be determined each year. Given that the total economy of the Lakotan Commune was 5 EP each year we fail to see why you should expect anything more than this.

We would also like to bind this payment plan into the Treaty of Pittsburgh, which stipulates the rightful debt the UCNA owes Virginia (by debt of Lakota) and her allies and the payment schedule we agree upon.

This is agreeable. We will go by the proposed payment plan. Canada and Tenessee will be payed this year. We also suggest adding a 15 year non aggression pact to this treaty.

Treaty of Urquizaville

1. Columbia will pay 1 IC to each to Mexico, SUSA, Paraguay, LaPlata, and Chile (5 IC Total)
2. Columbia will sign a 10 year NAP with the Socialist block
3. Columbia agrees not allow members of the Anti-Communist league to service warships or maintain bases within their country.
4. The Socialist block pledges not to interfere with the politics or infringe in any way on the sovereignty of Columbia.
