A reminder to go and vote

So is a state specific question, or is it there as a form of market research?

I have the impression that it's a state-specific question on the Missouri ballot.

As corrupt as we may be, there's still no market research on our ballots!

When you vote yes/no on stem cell research, is that a referendum question across the nation?

The big amendment for stem cell research is in Missouri. I'm unaware of any other States that have that issue up this election. It wasn't really a referendum on the research itself, but rather whether safeguards should be placed in the Missouri Constitution to ensure that Missouri couldn't, in the future, place restrictive measures on stem cell research. (very small nutshell condensed version).
