Lets play - Is This Racist?! A trendy new game show premiering exclusively on CFC!
A game where we take real life questionably racist and ambiguous statements or events and determine if it is racist or not, so without further ado I leave you with scenario 1:

Donald Trump on Saturday at his rally in Pennsylvania:
“We can only do that if we elect people who are going to back our agenda and fight for our values,” he said. “And that’s why we have to defeat Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters – a low IQ individual.”

So CFC, is this racist, or is Maxine Waters really a low IQ person, and if so, is it racist to point this out?

I would vote "Not sure".
There's a lot of evidence that Donald Trump is racist. He didn't want to rent his properties to ni black people, he wanted innocent black people executed for a rape in NY and he strongly supported Birther conspiracy theories and couldn't believe a ni Barack Obama got a college degree.
On the other hand, he also has a history of denegrading everyone he dislikes and throwing around absurd (although sometimes accurate: Lying Ted) nicknames and accusations.

I change my vote to: Probably. Maybe not, but probably.
