That and BUG would also show hidden diplo modifiers... Of course maybe we want to keep them out for the fun value of seeing two AIs annoyed at +1

Yeah, I'm of the opinion that if we know too much it's as fun of an experience. Like checking sometimes if a leader is plotting war is all well and good, but sometimes I feel we do it too much as it is. I love a good surprise war that we didn't see coming.
