A worker with a hat on

I knocked this up between playing professional polo and hanging out with my glamorous supermodel girlfriend(s) in high - class European cities.

Essentially it's a celtic worker by Sword_Of_Geddon I got from somewhere with a hat on. the hat was originally stuck on a unit by Rabbit, White (I think) called a presidial lancer.

it uses indian fast worker anims and is intended to be a modern clichéd worker for new worldy civilizations, but don't let this slow you down any.

Nice work. I notice it appears as a Korean worker in your screen shot, but to me it looks like it should be more like a South American worker. What was the inspiration/intent for this unit?
