We have no intention of any Anatolian taking what is Greek, and what stands in the way of a Turkish march of conquest, but we will not stand idly by and watch worshipers of a false God and those northerners who spurn the True Faith overrun our land. Remember what happened to Darius, Xerxes, Symeon, Krum, the Goths and Heruli, and the late Ottoman empire. Those who invade Greece have a nasty habit of losing in the end. We repeat: if any fleet violates our waters, and if any army enters our land, especially Smyrna, Greece will be forced to go to war.

-They refused to pay for damages caused by their spies
-They were occupying Izmir and refusing to hold a referendum
-They were hostile and aggressive to Turkey and made proactive actions

The reasons we have for controlling Smyrna are manifold. First: we wish to prevent any government that Turkey may have from occupying a strategic position from which an invasion of Hellas is easier. Second: we have no assurances that the Greeks who have made Smyrna their home will be safe. After the recent activities of those irresponsible and treasonous characters, many of our people may be lynched, and pogroms may be carried out against Greeks in Turkey. We will not allow this. If we may state so, it seems that you built up your army on our borders too, in the past year. We propose that the occupation of Smyrna continues for another four years, after which we can reassess the situation and decide where things go from there; whether or not we want a referendum, etc.

Countermand the previous orders, Mod, and just keep the Plan A/B/C format, except for the parts against Swedish navy, and that's only if they come in. Any navy to enter our waters, we use the previously-agreed upon tactic. Also, use those troops in Smyrna to help protect the Turk population from any Greek violence, and do the same across the country. Spend half the amount of money on the military as previous, and spend the rest on a modernization project to increase stability, eco by one level, education, 100,000 more troops, and increased confidence.

You are resposnible by for the actions taken by your people. We except you to pay for the damages YOUR citizens caused. What make syou think we need Izmir to invade Greece? We could invade you from anywhere along the freakinng Antalonian coast!
