We have already state our opinion on the matter of Finlands attack of the illegal Soviet government and why we believe it to be legal. However, we do not consider your attack legal, and any continued advance into Finnish national territory will result in a declaration of war between France and the Kingdom of Sweden, to protect the Finnish peoples from your uncalled for aggression and tyranny.

We will not listen to any more Swedish diplomatic doublespeak. You either withdraw from Finland or you try and stay. I'm sure you know what would be better for your nation, and better for the stability of your government. Do note that this is statement is not a threat, it is a promise.

We propose a World Conference to discuss a new peace arrangement between Germany and the Western Allies, with the terms France recently tabled as the negotiating point. We understand that, considering the recent shambles of the Arabian peace initiative, this proposal will be met with some scepticism from all sides. After Izmir fell I ordered all my forces to go to the Istanbul area. Since Izmir was undefended and fell quickly then all my forces with exeption to the ones i ordered to stay behind should have been in the Istanbul area.

BTW I did say to give my genrals a degree of freedom based on the situation and such.

Finally I ordered scorched earth so Istanbul or any of the territory the Greeks took should be a pile of smoldering rubble.

Finally what happened to my human shields? i wanted to utilize them in Thrace too you know.

I considered that The greek attack was basically as soon as possible, it wasn't very elegant.

Second you only had all combat ready troops at Izmar at time of attack. Troops in thrace were being trained for the first couple of months.

We meant up to the Rhine, not the whole of the Rhineland, our mistake.
